While subscribing newsletter, it disappears the success message so fast,So it is unable to notify the frontend user. Please provide me a solution.

Magento Default Messaging mechanism do not hide messages automatically.
So there should be code to autohide messages in your Magento theme. Look for it.
Below link contains example code responsible to set Timeout mechanism for messaging:

Once you find similar code, you can increase time duration in setTimeout() function.
