I'm wanting to add a product to a category but it does not show in the product admin panel. The category is there under 'Manage Categories' and the top level shows but not any of the subcats.

There is a small search glass in the corner. Im not getting any error messages, it's just not there.

Ver - 1.9.3.3

Any insight would be appreciated, Thank you.

  • can you able to expand that category and add products from Catalog > Manage categories section ?

  • Hi, yes. I can add the product to the category under Manage Categories, and then it all shows fine on the product admin page. But only for that product. The rest I still cannot.
