I would like send newsletter from Magento control panel.But that function not working. How can i send newsletter from Magento. How is it working? if you have any reference link send me.

you first create a template for a store. people subscribe to the newsletter of your store. then when done with the template, you go to the newsletter and in the list and from the dropdown click Newsletter Queue. then you select which store the newsletter is for, queue date start, etc. then just hit Save newsletter and it will be added to the queue. Note: you must have cron enabled to send newsletters.

you can make it run every 5 min. then command
