Doesn't AOE scheduler just show you the status of Magento cron tasks? If so you can find this information in the cron_schedule table.– EirikCommented Nov 17, 2017 at 1:13

You'll have the ability to monitor, run, delete, disable, etc cron jobs that are registered in the consumer group. But it doesn't manage the actual message queue itself. Commented Jun 29, 2018 at 17:57
