app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/checkout/cart.phtml
find below code
<th rowspan="<?php echo $mergedCells; ?>"><span class="nobr"><?php echo $this->__('Product') ?></span></th>
Just after that add one extra <th>
<th rowspan="<?php echo $mergedCells; ?>"> </th>
