Update Store Summary By Checkout Address Country Change
So Basically I want to update my checkout cart summary when user select country from shipping address ,cart price and currency change according to the country he selected in shipping address.

Do not make Customer Default Shipping Address while creating an Order
When User Go To Checkout Page, And if he has already added the address, I do not want it to be preselected. it always shows unselected.
