Magento 2.2.0 - Upgrade / Migrate from Magento 2.1.9
composer require magento/product-enterprise-edition 2.2.0 --no-update
rm -rf vendor/*
composer update
Beware though, many extensions won't work in 2.2.0, you may need to cleanup your composer.json then …
