You can create a simple module for it or you can try any module available here.
I could have provided instructions to create the module but since there are free modules available, I thought that reinventing the wheel is not a good advice.

You can get the code from any of the above module links and make changes in your Magento according to that. You don't need to install these module if you want to make changes in your installation. Commented Nov 21, 2017 at 4:19
