Magento Layer_view xml Including layered navigation twice on some page

hope someone can point me in the right direction, weWe have a situation on a responsive website, in which we need to include the layered navigation twice into a page as on mobile itsit's hidden in one place and shown above the content.

Oviously rule of thumb is you can not call catalog/layer_viewcatalog/layer_view more than once in xmlon one page.

We Have Tried

Calling through xml creating a block from template no joy

Any Ideas?
