I want to display select input field which contain customer gender options in my custom layout block in magento 2 ? how can i do this?

/Vendor/Module/Block/Customer.php

public function getCustomerGenderOptions(){
  //how?
}

 <?php foreach ($block->getCustomerGenderOptions() as $genderOption): ?>
