In the config.xml of the Paypal module there will be default settings in the default tag that you can fall back on, so you don't need to set those. But any value that should be different from whats in the default values has to be set.

I would to have add all 85 configs in my data installer script. Isn't that an overkill ? is there a way to extend the paypal module and add/append/extend their data installer script ? | |
