I have a special needs equipment website, and the UK Tax office have made some items VAT (Tax) exempt, but not to everyone... long storey short they need to fill in a form to prove they have a disabled child and send, it us then they don't have to pay tax on selected products.

So I need to be able to create a customer group that does not have to pay Tax on selected products.

does anyone know if its possible and if so how?
