You can implement the HTTP class and call the method setNoCacheHeaders, as you can see below.

use Magento\Framework\App\Response\Http;

public function myCustomMethod(){
    $this->response->setNoCacheHeaders();
    ...
}

It will implement this module below, which will set no-cache in the header.
