I am trying to run the setup:upgradesetup:upgrade command I get the following error

I am using these steps to install cloudinarycloudinary

Using PHP 7.0PHP 7.0, Magento 2.2.0Magento 2.2.0 and Ubuntu 18.04. Without the cloudinary extension, everything is working fine but the site doesn't display any images since they are all hosted on Cloudinary.
