How to add custom checkoutshipping fields in checkout and save them in database?

I need to add some fieldssome fields to the shipping address formshipping address form and then save themthat fields into database.

Then show in database, Billing AddressBilling Address and Shipping AddressShipping Address. Please tell me how to do this thing?
