Added more detail to the question, showing where the block is located in the theme and a little more code to help other users who might not have full understanding of the structure.

Add below code toMake sure in your theme you have a directory & file inside of your theme, this will overwrite the core code. Like so.

Vender/Theme/Magento_Catalog/Layout/catalog_category_view.xml

Once you have this file add the following default.xmlreferenceBlock

<referenceBlock name="category.product.type.details.renderers" remove="true"/>

To the body section like so:

<page xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="urn:magento:framework:View/Layout/etc/page_configuration.xsd">
    <body>
        <referenceBlock name="category.product.type.details.renderers" remove="true"/>
    </body>
</page>

This will allow you to remove the specified block from the category list view.

Add below code to your theme default.xml

<referenceBlock name="category.product.type.details.renderers" remove="true"/>
