I resolved the problem by changing in app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/configurableswatches/catalog/product/list/swatches.phtml

the following line: <?php foreach ($_attrValues as $_optionValue => $_optionLabel): ?>

<?php foreach ($_attrValues as $_optionValue => $_optionLabel): ?>

to <?php foreach (array_reverse($_attrValues) as $_optionValue => $_optionLabel): ?>

<?php foreach (array_reverse($_attrValues) as $_optionValue => $_optionLabel): ?>
