@intentarr. The exception is thrown in Mage_Api_Model_Server_Handler_Abstract. look for the code throw new Mage_Api_Exception('resource_path_not_callable');. You can debug from there. There are 4 such occurrences. Most probably your models are not configured correctly. Add the config.xml of your module to the question. That can clear things up
