I have solved this issue my self, for that overwrite local\Mage\Adminhtml\Block\Widget\Grid\Column\Filter\Date.php file in local. folder \Mage\Adminhtml\Block\Widget\Grid\Column\Filter\Date.php

and commentComment line $dateObj->setTimezone(Mage_Core_Model_Locale::DEFAULT_TIMEZONE); $dateObj->setTimezone(Mage_Core_Model_Locale::DEFAULT_TIMEZONE); from protected function _convertDate() protected function _convertDate() function.

I have solved this issue my self, for that overwrite local\Mage\Adminhtml\Block\Widget\Grid\Column\Filter\Date.php file in local.

and comment line $dateObj->setTimezone(Mage_Core_Model_Locale::DEFAULT_TIMEZONE); from protected function _convertDate() function.
