@ol'bobdole, i was getting NULL for $order->getExtensionAttributes() and was resolved after getting order as below: $order = $this->orderRepositoryInterface->get($order->getId()); . Order repository interface is Magento\Sales\Api\OrderRepositoryInterface . Not sure if your issue was same
