How Can I add url of cms page in html file or do I need to use phtml file ?? Also My block is displaying below shipping methods and not above image ?? what can be a issue for this ??

@AmitBera I have tried this solution for 2.3.5 version and it is not working anymore. Can u please guide here. I have defined Block Custom in magentoroot/app/code/MyModule/Customadmin/etc/adminhtml/di.x‌​ml. But still it not working .

Form data is not pass to controller after submit.. I have added debug log in controller but data is not received in controller.

I want form field data to Block or Controller or Helper so I can perform some operation on that data and again redirect to same order page with success message with some value. Form Data is not received in block yet. Also I am getting Request validation failed for action "MyCompany\Customization\Controller\Adminhtml\Order\View\Int‌​erceptor on debug log. My Objective is to create new Order from existing order.
