I have the same issue. PHP errors are logged in the PHP error log. For fatal Magento errors, reports are created. But exception.log and system.log stay empty.
@JaiminSutariya Because the data is related to multiple products. So to keep it maintainable, I need to separate the data from the product data and link it to products.
