Correct me if I'm wrong, but IMHO the Dull Uploader has become redundant after SUPEE-8788, since the purpose of the extension is to replace Flash. Solution: uninstall Dull Uploader.

You can pass your custom file name in save function as second argument. If you check vendor\magento\framework\File\Uploader.php::save($destinationFolder, $newFileName = null) You find second argument is the new file name with which you want to save. I fixed this issue with increasing value of post_max_size in php.ini If still get the issue, you should check the value of chunkSize in js/lib/uploader/flow.min.js

please check below files if it is there then delete it manually skin/adminhtml/default/default/media/flex.swf skin/adminhtml/default/default/media/uploader.swf skin/adminhtml/default/default/media/uploaderSingle.swf I think this could be only possible error for your problem. you can read this thing in below url to http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/m1x/...

Try to remove cache folders and run : php bin/magento cache:flush php bin/magento cache:clean php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy chmod 777 -R .
