During which comment did you receive this error ? The error is thrown because a table does not exist in your database. To assure your Database is up to date, execute the following command: bin/magento setup:upgrade

Remove _.values for currentBillingAddress().street in <text args="_.values(currentBillingAddress().street).join(', ')"/><br/> in the file vendor/magento/module-checkout/view/frontend/web/template/billing-address/details.html Change this file by copying the file into the app folder with the same path.
