With a clean Magento install (OOTB 2.4.1 open source), you will have the following error raised when trying to save a cart rule having the same coupon code as other rule - "Coupon with the same code already exists." So unless there is a 3rd party module or other customizations done, this is not possible.

I did some research on this and while the documentation about free shipping for any order says you should add 'For shipment with matching items' value on the 'Free Shipping' dropdown, I found that this doesn't work as is supposed to. Solution is to add set the 'Free Shipping' dropdown to 'For matching items only' value.

Yep, you just need to set the attributes to not be used in promotions, just set Use for Promo Rule Conditions to No.

I don't think you can create a cart price rule that will satisfy your needs with the default Magento install. I just tried this on an Open Source 2.4.1, but none of the 'cart attributes' in Conditions section or 'cart item attributes' in Action section does the trick. The rule is working correctly as per the configuration. Conditions tab: If ALL of these conditions are TRUE : If an item is FOUND in the cart with ALL of these conditions true: Manufacturer is Adidas This rule says if there is any item in the cart with the manufacturer as Adidas, then apply 10% discount to the whole cart and not just to the specific product....
