Magento 2.4.3. to 2.4.6 upgrade error

please delete composer.lock file from magento root and then run composer install command. composer.lock will be recreate based on your magento composer.json dependency and packages. I hope you already ...

I would like to ask why , when I do php bin/magento s:upgrade or s:s:d -f it load time take like hour?

Login to your database and run the follow command show processlist; this command will show which database query Is running at that time and you can start your debugging from there.
