Add to custom helper this dependency 

    \Magento\Store\Model\App\Emulation $emulation,
    ...
    $this->emulation = $emulation;
and then in code before fetching logo run this 

    $this->emulation->startEnvironmentEmulation($storeId);
Once you finish what you wanted just restore original environment

    	$this->emulation->stopEnvironmentEmulation();
