Open up `app/etc/di.xml` find the path

    Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Symlink

and replace it with

    Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Copy

Then go to `var\cache` this folder remove all file
