Currently, if our Simple Product has Custom Options (example: colors), they won't be used by the Tier Price if they are combined.

Tier Prices seem to work only when the quantity is reached from the same product variation.

I've read several answers on Stack Overflow and the Magento forums, where they recommend to create configurable products so the Tier Price computes two variations, but this can be really burdensome if a store has lots of products, or the products have lots of variations.

Do you know if there's a workaround to get the Tier Price apply with a combination of product's variations?
