I have added the grunt but when i execute the below command then css file is generated but js file is not created inside the pub/static/frontend/ Missing file is : en_US/requirejs/require.js, en_US/mage/requirejs/mixins.js, en_US/requirejs-config.js

FYI, i am using a windows 11.

grunt clean
grunt exec
grunt less

is anyone have an idea then please share. thanks
