Magento 1 Authentication as Admin getting code_verifier

Question

Need some help with Magento v1 authenticating as admin, I've followed the docs here https://devdocs-openmage.org/guides/m1x/api/rest/Resources but I get a 404 on authorization_url, while trying to get the url with the code_verifier any help would be very much apppreciated, thanks
