The layer navigation will display the filters when we config field use in Layer Navigation of product attribute as the document

Now I want to create a new filter belongs to the Layer Navigation and also can collapse, which contains a template phtml as image I illustrate
I'm not so sure whether it relate to layer navigation or not. If you have better solution please advice me.
I still have no solution for this yet
