I am in the middle of a migration process between Magento 2.3.4 and Magento 2.4.3.

Regarding the code changes, I am in a good spot. Everything is under control. However, it is not 100% clear to me how should I handle DB changes during this process.

What is the best way to compare the DB changes between 2.3.4 and 2.4.3? I'm asking this from both situations: DB schema, DB data.
