How to change new subscriber pop-up message?

Question

How do I change this popup text after a customer puts in their email to subscribe to the newsletter?

I have looked in the NewAction.php and its not there.

I am using magento version 2.3.4

just run the grep command in the SSH terminal to find message comes from which file

grep -rnw app/ -e 'if you do not find this in your inbox'

I'm not very experienced. I use filezilla and I'm not sure how to run a grep command with the SSH terminal? Any help would be appreciated
