This is on Magento 2.2.2

I installed a module last night that required disabling all caches before installing. I did so using SSH commands after putting it into developer mode. Then installed the module, then enabled all the caches using SSH commands, then put it into production mode. When I run php bin/magento cache:status, it shows all caches as being enabled (marked with '1'), but when I check the backend (system->cache mangement), it shows that they're all disabled. I've tried refreshing them and clearing the cache, but still have the same result. Has anyone experienced this before?
