Magento 2.2.7
In DB I have found that I have a duplicated database. My database tables have prefix dev_ while there were identical tables without prefix that was probably left after some "test" installation.
So with backup and everything, I have manually deleted all tables that do not have dev_ prefix.
After that, the shop works fine, except for the front page.
Front page uses theme Techno from Themevast and one "file" is not loading/showing from:
app/design/frontend/tv_themevast_package/techno1/Magento_Cms/templates/top-home.phtml
Within that file are are defined blocks like:
<?php echo $block->getLayout()->createBlock('Magento\Cms\Block\Block')->setBlockId('techno1_producttabs')->toHtml();?>
As soon as I switch the shop to backed up database it all works.
So my question is:
1. Does template look in DB for some reference/path in order to display the content
If so where would that "configuration" be because maybe it looks in the wrong table (without prefix)
OR
2. Does DB send info to Magento what to show
If so, what table would hold that information?
Maybe it is all the same question...

Yes, I have tried running commands like:
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento setup:di:compile
bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy hr_HR en_US
bin/magento cache:flush
I have also tried "resaving" frontpage settings from admin...
