I know how to set a trigger in settings to send emails to customers when a credit memo is created. Also there is a button to append comments yes or no.

My question is: how do I trigger an email to customers ONLY for online credit memos that are created (and not offline)

(Eg. Offline refunds are often internal interchanges of products and not a real refund - however with an onine refund money is really being transferred)
