In Magento 2 the Extension Manager page is stuck on "Please Wait". The following error displays in Console:

 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503

(Service Unavailable)

Possibly unhandled rejection: {"data":"<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC
> \"-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN\">\n<html><head>\n<title>503 Service
> Unavailable</title>\n</head><body>\n<h1>Service
> Unavailable</h1>\n<p>The server is temporarily unable to service
> your\nrequest due to maintenance downtime or capacity\nproblems.
> Please try again later.</p>\n<hr>\n<address>Apache Server at
> dermalogica.rhidigital.co.za Port
> 443</address>\n</body></html>\n","status":503,"config":{"method":"GET","transformRequest":[null],"transformResponse":[null],"jsonpCallbackParam":"callback","url":"index.php/extensionGrid/extensions","headers":{"Accept":"application/json,
> text/plain, */*","Cache-Control":"no-cache, no-store,
> must-revalidate","Pragma":"no-cache","Expires":0}},"statusText":"Service
> Unavailable","xhrStatus":"complete"}

Everything else on this staging site works fine. Any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this? I did add the correct Magento credentials to this installation.

  • This is not really a magento issue more a server related issue check /var/logs/error.log if you are using nginx check /var/logs/nginx/error.log – Dava Gordon Aug 16 at 22:17
