Finding an issue with UPS not totaling the weight for multiple products after migrating from 1.9 to 2.3.1. It is only calling the minimum package weight. The product has correct weight listed in LBS and the admin appears to be correctly configured. The weight I am testing is 30 lbs and it basing weight on .1 lbs (1 lb in the rating). Any suggestions?

  • Ony my M1.9 it will continue to calculate a rate no matter the max package weight I select. If I put in 30 as the max package weight and try to calculate a rate based on 30 it is still basing the rate on 0.1 – tmc Jul 15 at 13:13
