I am trying to run the setup:upgrade
command I get the following error

I am using these steps to install cloudinary
composer require cloudinary/cloudinary-magento2
php bin/magento maintenance:enable
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
php bin/magento maintenance:disable
php bin/magento cache:flush
Using PHP 7.0, Magento 2.2.0 and Ubuntu 18.04. Without the cloudinary extension, everything is working fine but the site doesn't display any images since they are all hosted on Cloudinary.
