Try following code

$collection = $rating->create()->addStoreFilter(
$currentStoreId
)->addStatusFilter(
\Magento\Review\Model\Review::STATUS_APPROVED
)->addEntityFilter(
'product',
$productId
)->setDateOrder();
print_r($collection->getData());
?>
You will get review data in $collection->getData(). you can display as per your requirement.
