I got the solutions. open database and see table : eav_attribute

Now, check the source_model column and you will get MagentoEavModelEntityAttributeSourceTable.

Solution: Replace MagentoEavModelEntityAttributeSourceTable to Magento\Eav\Model\Entity\Attribute\Source\Table
