Magento Getting error on contact form

I am facing this error in contact form submit after Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later if anyone know reply me

To be able to track down the error, navigate to var/log on your server and find the exception.log file.

Inside that file you will be able to see the full error. It will help you debug the problem.
