I passed my site from cloud to another server (with same files and some fixes on removing fastly) the site was up and no issues . It was magento/magento-cloud-metapackage v 2.2.6 . Now i want to upgrade to magento/project-enterprise-edition 2.2.7 but im having issues. This are the steps that i did :

  1. php -d memory_limit=-1 /usr/local/bin/composer remove magento/magento-cloud-metapackage --ignore-platform-reqs

  2. php -d memory_limit=-1 /usr/local/bin/composer require magento/project-enterprise-edition 2.2.7 --no-update --ignore-platform-reqs

  3. php -d memory_limit=-1 /usr/local/bin/composer update --ignore-platform-reqs

When the 1-st step was done , there i see all files deleted https://imgur.com/a/ch4VAlH . I thought in my mind nevermind , because after composer update to enterprice , they should be back . Waited till update was finished (on the composer.lock i saw that amazon module was removed after update to enterprice , that was strange) . Running the bin/magento commands after clearing all the possible directories in var or pub/static/ , it says

Magento dir not found

Sure it wasnt there , because magento inside bin was removed from the 1-st step.

I want to know how can i do the Composer update , with not having this issue mentioned ?

I dont want to upgrade to magento/magento-cloud-metapackage v 2.2.7 . I want to upgrade to magento/project-enterprise-edition 2.2.7 . Hope i was clear. Thank you !
