We have a :

  • Checkout Page
  • Select address
  • Order summary

three different pages.

Which way of representing the urls is better.But using a slash is sub directory.

Can we have the url like this :

/checkout/select-address/order-summary

Or placing the urls separately like this

  • Page 1: /checkout

  • Page 2: /checkout/select-address

  • Page 3: /checkout/order-summary

Which way of using these urls will not affect SEO.

  • Checkout URLs shouldn't have any SEO effect since it's recommended to prevent areas like checkout, customer area etc. from beeing accessed by bots – HelgeB Feb 13 at 8:19
