issue must be because of your any third party module's setup schema, so please try upgrade with disable your third party extensions. – Aasim Goriya Dec 20 '18 at 10:57

Due to Some other third party extension, I got to face these error..

Tried to run the setup:upgrade after disable all the third party extensions. It works.. Like that, I found a module, which cause trouble.
