Use below code for add script only for checkout page.

1. create registration.php in app/code/Checkout/BingScript

2. create module.xml in app/code/Checkout/BingScript/etc

<config xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="../../../../../lib/internal/Magento/Framework/Module/etc/module.xsd">
    <module name="Checkout_BingScript" setup_version="0.0.1" />

3.Create a checkout_index_index.xml in app/code/Checkout/BingScript/view/frontend/layout

<page xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="urn:magento:framework:View/Layout/etc/page_configuration.xsd">
        <script src="Checkout_BingScript::js/bing.js"/>

4. put your js code in app/code/Checkout/BingScript/view/frontend/web/js/bing.js

5. run commands

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

php bin/magento cache:flush
