I have a widget added in my CMS page like this. It is added by default from a theme I purchased. How can I edit this JSON encoded widget as Magento is not able to filter out products.

{{widget type="Ves\Productlist\Block\Widget\Tab" addition_class="widget-product-deals2 product-style2" tabs="YToyOntzOjE4OiJfMTQ1NTg2NzQxMzE2Ml8xNjIiO2E6NTp7czo5OiJzb3VyY2VfaWQiO3M6Nzoic3BlY2lhbCI7czoxMDoiaXRlbV90aXRsZSI7czowOiIiO3M6MTA6Iml0ZW1fY2xhc3MiO3M6MTI6ImhpZGRlbi1ldGFicyI7czo5OiJhamF4X3R5cGUiO3M6MToiMCI7czo4OiJwb3NpdGlvbiI7czoxOiIyIjt9czo3OiJfX2VtcHR5IjtzOjA6IiI7fQ==" conditions_encoded="a:1:[i:1;a:4:[s:4:`type`;s:50:`Magento|CatalogWidget|Model|Rule|Condition|Combine`;s:10:`aggregator`;s:3:`all`;s:5:`value`;s:1:`1`;s:9:`new_child`;s:0:``;]]" enable_animate_tab="1" animation_speed="normal" cycle="false" transition_in="fadeIn" transition_in_easing="swing" transition_out="fadeOut" transition_out_easing="swing" event="click" show_name="1" show_short_description="1" short_max_char="120" show_price="1" show_countdowntimer="1" show_image="1" image_width="317" image_height="352" aspect_ratio="1" alt_image="1" alt_image_column="position" alt_image_column_value="2" show_addtocart="1" addtocart_popup_width="800" addtocart_popup_height="600" addtocart_format_type="text" addtocart_format_text="Add to Cart" addtocart_format_class="fa fa-shopping-cart" show_quickview="1" quickview_popup_width="60%" quickview_popup_height="80%" quickview_format_type="icon" quickview_format_text="Quick View" quickview_format_class="fa fa-eye" layout_type="owl_carousel" number_item="3" number_item_perpage="1" lg_column_item="1" md_column_item="1" sm_column_item="1" xs_column_item="1" number_item_percolumn="1" custom_item_height="400px" large_max_items="1" large_items="1" portrait_items="1" tablet_items="1" tablet_small_items="1" mobile_items="1"}}

Also I could not found any such widget or static block in magento admin.
