I want to add the following css to magento 2 at layout.xml in my theme of header blocks

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.1.0/css/all.css" integrity="sha384-lKuwvrZot6UHsBSfcMvOkWwlCMgc0TaWr+30HWe3a4ltaBwTZhyTEggF5tJv8tbt" crossorigin="anonymous">

But how to add "integrity" and "crossorigin" also?

I think you can do it by following

            </argument>
        </action>

</body>
