  • Please make sure you are using correct username and password of admin. Also please try on another browser OR clear browser cookies and try. – Vish Jun 12 '18 at 12:42
  • Go to this file path and \vendor\zendframework\zend-crypt\src\Utils.php and echo $expected and $actual variable and check both are same or not if both variable are not match then change line no 35 if (function_exists('hash_equals')) { return hash_equals($expected, $actual); } To if (function_exists('hash_equals')) { return true; } – Rajesh Kumar Jun 12 '18 at 12:53

  • You should not change any core file of Magento. Did you try in another browser? – Vish Jun 12 '18 at 13:01
  • Also please try after deleting pub/static folder and clear caches of Magento – Vish Jun 12 '18 at 13:04
